Following Aeleke City's example, the Pokemon Center of Neumain also doubles as a mart. The Pokemon Center doesn't have any nurses, but Chansey and Blissy are all around. There are five self-serve healing machines, which should cover most of your problems.
Mart Items:
Poke Balls- 200 PokeDollars (Use To Catch Pokemon)
Potion- 150 PokeDollars (Use To Heal 20 HP)
Awakening-120 PokeDollars (Use To Wake Sleeping Pokemon)
Paralyz Heal- 100 PokeDollars (Use To Heal Paralysis)
Net Balls- 210 PokeDollars (Use To Catch Aquatic and Bug Type Pokemon)
